Listen to your body!

When you do not take care of your body properly, it will let you know by allergies, irritated skin, low-grade infections, puffy eyes, dark circles, bags under the eyes, bloating, mood swings, unexplained fatigue, and many problems.

When your body is overloaded with impurities and toxins, your liver, kidneys, intestines, lungs, and skins are compromised and cannot filter impurities from our environment efficiently. The balance of your body needs to be restored by eliminating the incoming source of toxins and allowing the body's natural cleansing process to remove the accumulated toxins from your organs.

Most important thing - Water!

Your body needs sufficient water to cleanse itself. Drinking water can also temporarily increases in metabolism (though in a very mild way) and drinking it about 30 min before meals can make people automatically eat fewer calories.

Lighten up your toxin load!

Alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, stress, refined sugars, saturated fats and chemicals from cleaners, health care products are all toxins in the body and they bog down your healing system. Further more, they deplete your vitamin in the body and could impact your mental health.

Detoxification programs should be directed by registered nutritionists.

However, we could all help ourselves by eating healthier,  and exercising regularly.
  • We should drink at least half a gallon of water each day.
  • We should take plenty of fruits, vegetables, eat whole food and whole grains. We should be mindful of the amount of salt, sugar, and fat in our food. 
  • We could try yoga or meditation to release the stress and slow down our pace. 
  • We should transform stress by emphasizing the positive emotions. 
  • We should breath deeply to allow oxygen to circulate more completely through our system.
